Should I supervise my dog while they enjoy the treats?
We recommend supervising your pet while they’re chewing, especially if it’s their first time with a new treat. Limit chewing sessions to 15-20 minutes to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Store treats in a cool, dry place to keep them fresh until needed, and always provide access to fresh water while chewing.
Before introducing any new treats, it’s best to consult with your veterinarian, particularly if your pet has existing health conditions. If you notice any adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately and contact your veterinarian. Your pet’s safety and well-being are our top priorities.
Where should the treats be stored?
After opening, always seal the treat package tightly and store it in a cool, dry place. To maintain freshness, avoid adding chewed treats back into the package or container. Instead, let them air out while continuing to store them in a cool, dry location. This ensures your treats stay fresh and ready for your pet’s next chewing session.

When will I receive my package after ordering?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed, as we make all orders in small batches to ensure quality. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Thank you for your patience!

Once your order is packaged, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS typically arriving within 1-3 business days after being processed at the post office. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your items are on their way. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the location of your order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our treats, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, unsatisfactory, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you and resolve the issue. To ensure we can provide the best support, we may request photo or video evidence of the issue. Your satisfaction is important to us!
